Climax back GAMESEDU 06

Climax group are backing GAMESEDU 06 by becoming a Silver Developer Sponsor.

Climax has been developing hit games across all formats since 1988, including MotoGP: URT 1, 2 & 3, Sudeki and ATV Offroad Fury 3 to name but a few. The company has grown steadily over the years and is continuing to expand worldwide. Climax has studios in Europe and the United States.

Climax has a great history, but the future is even more exciting with  forthcoming titles such as The Fixer, which is being developed for next-generation consoles,  Steel Horizons on Sony PSP and MotoGP ‘06 on Xbox 360 & PC.  They are also currently working on a number of unannounced projects with Konami, Sony Computer Entertainment America, Bethesda Softworks & Buena Vista Games. 

Skillset Drinks Reception

To mark the official launch of GAMESEDU06, the UK conference for games education, Skillset will announce the UK games courses which will receive Computer Games Industry accreditation at a special drinks reception which will take place on Thursday 13 July at the Metropole Hotel.

Skillset, the sector skills council for the audio-visual industries, will announce the newly accredited games courses with Ian Livingstone (EIDOS) and Kate O’Conner (Skillset) presenting the awards.
